As far as we know, no one from Ipoh responded to Jacinta’s plea for hands-on help, so I contacted my old school mate, Yvonne. Yvonne was also one of the first ones to help Phaik Imm two years ago. Yvonne immediately contacted Kelly and an appointment was made.

Today I went to the shelter and was a little taken aback by the number of dogs that were there.
Last week was cancelled as Kelly said it was raining all week and she was afraid the dogs will catch a chill if they had a bath! Tee hee …
Anyway, the shelter looks great ,clean and with plenty of running space for dogs .
Gosh, it might take me two years to finish bathing every dog there.
The dogs are lovely and so cute and roly poly( fatty boom boom).
Had a great time today, very therapeutic .Unfortunately, it rained again.Tsk .

2. Financial sponsors to help with their shelter needs. They are only two persons looking after about 118 dogs. They have one part-time worker. There has been no volunteers at all, except Yvonne for now.
