It is really a pity that street dogs have a rough time, especially in this country. Dogs are such loyal, friendly, trusting and faithful companions to humans and I believe they would even give their lives for their owners.
Unlike cats who are naturally more survival-skilled, dogs don’t do as well on the streets. Coupled with the fact that street dogs have a much harder time than street cats (speaking in general, that is), we need to emphasise that it may not be a good idea to return neutered dogs to their natural surroundings.
In fact, we would recommend rehoming first for any neutered animal; more so for dogs.
