I injured my ankle yesterday. I slipped at the gym and heard a loud “CRACKKKK!!”, and thought I had broken or fractured a bone. How else would you account for the loud “crackkk” sound? But funnily, it felt okay right after that and I was able to continue at the gym. I even walked down…
