Rescued kitten in need of a fosterer/adopter (urgent)

Hi Dr Chan, sorry to write to you at this hour. I just found a kitten at garbage dumping site @ my townhouse at 9pm tonight. Found him/her during feeding the cats at that area. This is the first time i saw this kitten and theres no sign of nursing mother nearby. I walked back home but later came back as i couldnt stop thinking about him. Furthermore rain started shortly after that. I guess he is about a month old or less coz his eyes are still blue. Also noticed he has R eye infection. I waited for a while for the mother to come but none. So i decided to bring him home. I never rescued a kitten before and i dont have ideas what to do. At home theres only kibbles and wet food for adults. I searched for pet shops but they already closed as it was already past 9. I tried to drive to shah alam vet and luckily they still open until 9.30, but i didnt bring the kitten. I wanted to buy milk and syringes but they ran out of stock (for milk). So the shop assistant askee me to buy fresh milk Dutch Lady for the timebeing. I heard that cats cannot tolerate human milk, but she said this particular brand of fresh milk is not harmful.she asked me to bring the kitten tomorrow. I also bought a can of wet food just in case he wants to eat.

I tried to force feed him using syringe but failed. He refused, i managed to give less than 1 ml. He also didnt want to lick. I noticed he started to groom himself so i thought he would be able to lick the milk and food. I felt very sad, frustrated and helpless as i could not help him as i wish. Now he fell asleep and snuggled in between my feet. But i also noticed he is ?coughing during sleep.
Im not confident enough to take good care of him as i dont have experience and i work long hours. It would be very grateful if somebody out there is willing to adopt him. But for the timebeing i will try my best. Wish me luck.

    Hi Dr Chan, it's me, Nieza. I already got fosterer for this kitten. I got text msg around 8.30 this morning. Thanks to you for sharing this info. I will bring him to the vet today at 11 and will send to Megaa velayuthan in Seputeh. She will foster until he is ready for adoption. No worries, i will sponsor the cost for treatment and i also offered to Megaa but she said she can manage and will ask if needed. Hope this kitten will be save in good hands. Last night he drank about 3-4 mls only, no poo pee yet. He likes to be close to me and continuously meowwing if he could not see me. Poor kitty. Last night around 1am i heard another kitten at my backyard but could not find it. Even this morning i still could heard from time to time but failed to locate. I thought they maybe siblings because the area where i found the first one is nearby. Hope the kitten will be allright

    Hi, Dr Chan. I just got back from Megaa's hse sending the kitten. The vet said she is ok, just got mild flu and conjunctivitis. And finally she started to eat wet food at the vet. Vet asked to monitor her pee n poo. Hopefully she gets better soon
