Medical subsidy for Angel the Cat (Thean Kim Sim’s)

We have subsidised RM133 for Angel’s medical treatment. Angel has been adopted too.

Dear Dr. Chan,
I heard about you and your work from my friend Yim Soi Chee. I would really appreciate your help for this white kitty which we rescued yesterday.

He was attacked by a dog and my husband managed to rescue him in time.
However, the hind legs were bitten (swollen) and the stomach skin was ripped as shown in the pix.

As we already have adopted 3 stray cats and having 2 dogs ourselves, was wondering if My Animal Care can help to fund the stitching back fee plus lots of other medication fee for this kitty. The vet told us that the estimated cost will be RM265.

I really hope that Animal Care can help us out with this fee.

The kitty is suffering from:
1) Cut at the hind legs
2) Cut at the stomach skin
3) Kurap (skin disease)
4) Suspected ring worm (not confirmed yet)
5) Infected gums (swollen with pus)

Also, if there is kind samaritan would like to adopt him, please let
me know. As I am not sure how my pets at home will react to another
cat.

On the very next day, Angel was well enough to be discharged and was subsequently adopted by Kim Sim’s colleague at work!
