this dog was found in padang jawa. it’s belong to a workshop. no food was given during cny holiday. according to the workers nearby, this dog was chained up since puppy and only given a bun a day. the heavy chain causes no fur and scar wound around her neck. we when there for couple of days just to feed her, and also filled up her drinking pail.i wonder if anyone could bring food to this poor doggie until the workshop resume from this cny holiday?
