We have subsidised RM80 for the neutering of Thong-k and RM18 for the medical treatment. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM49) and Berjaya Cares (RM49). Dr Veeranoot Nissapatorn has redonated the entire sum into our Medical Fund. We thank her for her generosity and her unrelenting efforts in rescuing street cats. Happy Wesak, Sister!

Subject: Thong-k—a neglected pet for neutering and adoption
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>22nd May, 2013
Dear Sis Chan,
About a month ago, I spotted a ginger cat with collar loitering and making noise at my place particularly during feeding time when foods are served to community cats. Judging from his behaviors as being friendly and good nature, I certainly know that he is a neglected pet.
A week ago, Thong-k was down with flu and recovered well after given Vetri DMG, lysing and antibiotic eye ointment. On 18th May, 2013, Thong-k was sent to the vet for neutering, deworming and deflead. He was back to my place for more recuperating after minor surgery on 22nd May, 2013.
Any amount for this neutering subsidy from AnimalCare Society will be donated to the medical fund “In Conjunction with Wesak Day”.
Thank you for the opportunity and hope you can kindly consider this request.
