We have fully sponsored RM100 for the neutering of this male cat. I met Wan Lily and spoke to her today. She feeds and looks after many stray and community cats in the USJ area, around her home and workplace. We have offered our subsidy for the neutering of all these cats. Amir Shah Hassan is her husband.
