Neutering sponsorship for 1 male dog, Roscoe (Ng Ai Ling’s)

hi Dr Chan

    I rescued this friendly male dog in Puchong Jaya this morning at an industrial area. I have named him Roscoe. His right back leg is swollen (he can walk though) and he has a lot of scars on his body, possibly being bullied by other dogs in the area. He is very good with people and loves belly rubs. I really dont know if he is an abandoned pet or a stray. Anyhow would like to seek subsidy for his neutering Will send him to vet tomorrow or Tuesday for a checkup also. He isn’t a very big sized dog, only 13 kgs, so i hope can find him a new home soon as I don’t want to put him back on the street. He is very well behaved.
