Subject: Neutering Subsidy for Betty & Minnie
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for a young female dog (Betty) near my factory in Sungai Buloh. She is about 7-8 months old and her mother is one of the stray dogs here. Her siblings have all been
poisoned to death when a restaurant shop owner put out poison to kill the rats in his shop. I have just
managed to catch her and will be sending her to spay this week. Will try to rehome her after this.
I would also like to apply for the spaying subsidy of another female dog (Minnie).Thank you.Regards,
Celia Chin
