Dear Dr. Chan,

After many many attempts, margie and I have managed to trap a cat with the intention of neutering him.

I have taken photos before the surgery ,(at 10.44am) but it was not possible to get a shot of the surgical site as he was very aggressive and angry and the staff did not dare to pick him up, The vet was busy consulting.

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for this cat that we have named Rico and the receipt from the vet and the neutering form is in the mail.
