Spaying subsidy for 2 female puppies, Ginger & Kinki (Lai Mei Kueen & Eng Geok Bee’s)

We have subsidised RM300 for these two procedures. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM100) and Berjaya Cares (RM200).

We have informed Mei Kueen that we only subsidise the first 2 vaccinations of all street animals.

Dear Dr Chan,
I would like to apply for the subsidy for these 2 pups which we rescued earlier. They were found in a big drain together with their siblings.
There were all together 4 of them. We released 3 of them in a field and took one back which was fostered and later adopted by Mdm Eng.
They were only 3 months old then and unfortunately one got tangled in a net at the field and didn’t make it. We have no choice but took the balance 2 back and keep them boarding at a pet house. Now is time for them to be spay.
I would like to apply for the subsidy for the spaying of both , their 3rd vaccine and their skin problem. Their paws are full of yellow fungus and their skin is full of reddish spot. I hope their condition will recover so that they can be adopted.
Thank you for forwarding Mr Lim’s contact. I recommended this 2 pups to him but he prefer to get a younger one. We have another mother dog which someone asked us to help when this dog delivered 6 puppies. There were 4 males and 2 females. I was so worried as normally people take male. It was so lucky all was adopted and only a female is left.  Guess what today Mr Lim adopted her!  We are so happy.
Pls advise on the subsidies.
Thank you,
Regards,
Mei Kueen

Hi Dr Chan,
Attached are the photos of the 2 pups that we sent for spaying. Kinky the white one is a weak pup according
to the vet. Her skin is very sensitive. It will get bruises at the slightest scratch. Her heartbeat is slow and her
breathing don’t sound normal. The vet did a blood test on her but she said it doesn’t look serious but a word
of caution to us. If we don’t take good care of her, she might just leave. They will be boarding at the vet
temporary in order for Kinky to improve for her skin problem. She is now given the multi-vitamin . We have
to make sure she recovers fully before putting them out for adoptions.
I will be sending my bill in soon. I will be claiming for the subsidy first  as the vet still have to monitor the
her skin problem.
