Spaying sponsorship and medical subsidy for Sammy’s (aka Cleo) second surgery (Ng Ai Ling’s)

We have fully sponsored RM150 for Sammy’s spaying and subsidised RM140 (the total bill is RM280) for her second surgery, as a follow-up.

This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM120) and Berjaya Cares (RM170).

Dear Dr Chan

    Sammy the rescued cocker spaniel just underwent a second surgery to remove the remaining lumps on her left front hand as well as to be spayed. If possible, i would like to claim spaying subsidy for RM150 as well as medical subsidy for the surgery which cost RM280. Here are some pictures of Sammy before and after the surgery. Please do let me know if this is possible as I have received subsidy of RM327 for earlier surgery.
