The total bill is RM1031 (including boarding, canned food and bath, which we do not subsidise). We have subsidised RM412 and this subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM212) and Berjaya Cares (RM200).

Dear Dr Chan,
Yes I’m the rescuer for this terrier. According to Dr, the dog need 2 injections for the heartworm within 14 days and I have a friend to foster him for a month. The dog require to go back to the vet for blood test again after 44 days to make sure heartworm killed.Attached with the photos of the terrier current progress, received the medical bill from J-Avenue Veterinary.My friend will help to foster him for a month before the next blood test.
Will mail the form together with the bill to Dr probably by today.
