Hi Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for this cat, Grey Lady.

She is a neighbourhood cat at the flat that I currently stay at Kuchai Lama.

I had posted her advertisement for adoption at pet finder, hope can get her a home although there are many people feeding her here.

Here is the link for her advertisement at pet finder:

Hope you can approved my application.

Thank you.
