Good evening Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for a medical subsidy for a male factory puppy.
This puppy was found to have diarrhoea and flu. He was put on drips due to his small and very weak body. He was the weakest one among the rest of his siblings.
After receiving necessary medical attention, we wanted to take him back as soon as possible, partly due to the boarding fees.
The vet was strongly against it because most likely, the puppy could not survive on his own in the factory area.
Thus, the vet has decided to take the puppy under her care. Now, the puppy is in the vet.
My mother asked the vet today whether the puppy is ready for adoption but unfortunately, the puppy is not ready yet due to his weak body.
Attached are his latest photos.

Thank you very much,
Lester Hiew
