The miracle has happened!

From Dr Veeranoot:

27th December, 2013

Dear Sis Chan,

Of more than a year (17th December, 2012) since Thong-loeng has been with me, I am pleased to share this piece of good news. This afternoon, Adlina and her family came to my place after our committed arrangement. I am pretty sure that Thong-loeng will be very happy in his new and forever home with an understanding Mom Adlina.

I personally request Adlina for serious consideration since Thong-loeng is a special cat as follows; Thong-loeng should always be with someone who understands his condition if Adlina and her family are on holidays and Avoid boarding as well as No surrendering Thong-loeng to any shelters (kill or no-kill policy) that they cannot handle this kind of special cats.

Thong-loeng went off smoothly to his new home along with his monge from AnimalCare and toys for his play time. I sincerely thanks to Adlina for her patience and commitment. Adlina promised me in updating Thong-loeng’s well-being from time to time.

Thank you for the opportunity.

Sukhi Hotu!

Thong-loeng is a special needs cat. He has cebellar hypoplasia.

We wish Thong-loeng, Adlina and her lovely family and Dr Veeranoot the very best of health
and may all of you be showered with wonderful blessings for the new year!

Our adoption rate is extremely low, in comparison with other organisations, but when a special needs animal gets rehomed, we rejoice with our deepest gratitude and appreciation. Our recent adoption was for another special needs cat – a 3-legged cat from Bandar Puteri Vet. The last I heard was that the vet was preparing to do the amputation, neutering and run the FIV/FeLV tests and our reader will take the cat back to his forever home, indoors.
