1st vaccination subsidy for 2 cats, Mimi & Nini (Lyzz Sew Shew Lai’s)

Dear Dr Chan,

My name is Lyzz Sew.

Recently i rescued 2 female cats that i used to feed near my house.

They are named Mimi and Nini.

I believe they are siblings as they are always together.

Both are vaccinated and i am fostering them now.

I will only spayed them after 1 month to make sure

that they are not pregnant and will try to rehome them if possible.

Attached are photos and vaccination cards for both of them.

The original receipts together with subsidy forms was sent this morning via pos ekspress.

I hope you can approve my application for the vaccination subsidy.
