The first photo shows Chestnut. He is 2 years old, but does not socialise well with other dogs. And because of this, the shelter wants him euthanised.
The second photo is Brownie, blind in one eye. The shelter was going to euthanise him as well, but he fought back, and hung on to the railing. The rescuer then raised money to sponsor Brownie’s eye operation and he is ok now. Just blind in one eye, that’s all. I have personally met Brownie. He is very friendly and definitely belong with humans.
The third photo is Chester. He is 8 months old, and had been abandoned by his owner at a petshop.
If you are interested in adopting these dogs, please call the rescuer, Alice Ong, at 012- 271 7780.
P.S. Alice is the one who rescued Maxis and Abby from being euthanised at the shelter. She has been doing this work for decades, and she has seen human cruelty (towards animals) at its worst.
One has been adopted (Chestnut).
