I received this SOS as I opened my mailbox this morning. It was sent late last night.
It’s written by a 15 year-old child:
Dear Sis, I really need your help because there are two little kittens who will soon meet their fate of being thrown away.The owner is planning to just throw away the kittens by the roadside today.
As me and my sisters have a soft spot for animals,we wanted to save them by adopting them but this can’t be made into reality as both our parents objected the idea.Their reasons are because we already have two cats at home and my parents wants us to focus more on our studies as my PMR exams are due next month.They had also disagree because they think we had spent too much time on our two cats,which is,quite true.
Please don’t get me wrong,I am NOT throwing the responsibility and the kittens on Sis.It is because I have nowhere to turn to except to seek Sis. help as I can’t bear to see these poor kittens being thrown away.Please contact me soon as they only gave me a few days to adopt them and may I have Sis. phone number in case on any emergencies?I will e-mail or sms Sis. our house address if Sis.want to take up the kittens.Sorry for the trouble and Thank You for reading my plight.
