Yes, this IS the fastest rescue-foster-adopt case I’ve EVER done in my entire life!
Since World War III was brewing inside my house (thanks to General Bobby and Lietenant Mac), I brought Terry out to the garden to wait for Daniel.
You’ll be going to your new home soon!
It was about 8pm when Daniel arrived with Saiful. “Hey, that’s no Pekinese!”, he says. Yes, definitely! This is a yorky, I said.
Daniel says he will adopt Terry. I told him I’d be posting this adoption on the website, but just in case Terry is a lost dog, I’ll put Daniel’s contact number here as well so that the owner can contact Daniel: 014-2325459
Daniel then showed me Yorky’s last video. This was the video of Yorky playing with Gigi minutes before he passed away. The video showed Yorky running around so, so happily. I told Daniel Yorky’s time was probably up, and he had to go, but the comforting thing is that he never suffered at all. Why, he was still so happily running around. And after that, he just slept off peacefully.
Don’t we all want to die that way too? Yorky had very good karma. He came to Earth as a dog, had a relatively short life (barely four months), but it was a life filled with an abundance of love and kindness from Daniel and his furry friends.
Well, then…Terry (I mean, the dog) – have a good life!
P.S. I just received a message from Daniel saying they have just arrived home safely now. There was miraculously no jam on the Federal Highway. Terry is happily running around with Gigi, and most importantly, Gigi is happy with Terry (Daniel had taken Gigi to meet Dante (the black Labrador mix), but Gigi just could not click with Dante at all), and guess what? Terry responds to his name. Hah! Spot on! For all you know, his name IS Terry, after all! And Daniel says if no one claims Terry, he will adopt him. Thank you, Daniel. You’re all heart!
