Blossom and Pepo for adoption

Alicia Horsley (012-3313318) has two doggies for adoption too.

Pepo is four and the ultimate lapdog. If you sit down and you don’t put a cushion on your lap, be prepared to have a volunteer! He does mark new places but is otherwise very well behaved. He has even learned to go to the crate when I am leaving the house. Pepo looks like an Italian greyhound sans the sloping hindquarters. He is brown with a white collar.

Blossom is seven and full of life. She loves playing basketball and is very energetic. She adores people and will rest her muzzle on your lap (because usually Pepo is already sitting in it) and will lift a paw to ask for attention. Unfortunately, her terrier instincts are strong. She WILL chase cats and other small animals and cannot be trusted not to harm them. She looks very much like a black and tan Manchester terrier and has the personality to match.

I have not been able to get decent photos as they are very active and I have been utterly swamped with other commitments. Plus I have no helper and the kids are on holiday! Would appreciate it if you could post this on your blog and I would really like them to go to a good home together. As they are such small dogs, they have many years of life left in them and they would make the right family wonderful companions. Both are under 2.5kg and are short coated, so grooming is a doddle. They are also way past the chewing stage so your shoes and wooden furniture will be safe.

They are also totally reliable with children. In fact, Blossom would make a dream companion/fisrt dog for a child with her playful and curious, yet gentle personality!

I’m not sure why they were surrendered but I am really hoping this holiday season will bring them luck, love and good cheer.

Christmas presents, anyone?  What better gifts can you give than a lifelong, ever loyal companion who would love you no matter what!
