Here’s the latest news, folks.
SPCA can only start their neutering campaign in January, so we are proceeding with our own vet in December itself. We need funds for this purpose. The reason I want to do it as soon as possible is three-pronged.
1. We want a vet to check them as soon as possible.
2. We want the females spayed as soon as possible because in the course of feeding them and cleaning the enclosure, some may escape. Yesterday, a few tried to squeeze out of the door whenever we brought a new one into the enclosure. It was a tough battle! Luckily I’m thin enough to squeeze through a small opening that can prevent them from coming out.
3. I am hoping Bentong folks might want to adopt them soon since all are very nice-looking (all former pets). I wouldn’t want any released without being spayed.
Hence, we have to do it fast.
