As I’ve posted yesterday, I chanced upon meeting Mr Perumal and his son, Noveen, who was looking for a puppy to adopt. I brought them over to view JT and both of them liked him instantly.
So, this morning, the Leong family (Andrew, Yi Lin and daughter, Sam) and I brought JT to his new home.
Unfortunately, Mr Perumal cannot take Chelsea.

I suggested Tumi (the Leong family’s helper) take Chelsea for a long walk to distract her when we drove off. Here’s Chelsea saying a last goodbye to JT.
We then drove to Putra Heights, to Mr Perumal’s house.
Here’s Noveen greeting JT. Noveen is going to be 9 years old this year, and JT will be his first pet.

We left the cage there for temporary use as Mr Perumal will only be buying a cage today. That’s Noveen’s sister and mum looking on.
We also advised Mr Perumal to put metal netting on his gate to prevent JT from escaping from his house.

We said our goodbyes to JT and wished him a good life with the Perumal family.
Since it’s so near, we can always visit every now and then.

Updates (8pm, 3rd Jan): Mr Perumal has already put up the netting and bought Eukanuba Puppy for JT. He says Noveen and JT are bonding very well, and the whole family is very happy.
