Soon after Jacelyn brought in her dog to be neutered, she called me to ask if she could bring in another injured dog that she had just found by the roadside. By that time, I was already on my way to take Eva, so I called the vets at Healing Rooms to wait for Jacelyn (it was their lunch break).
Jacelyn left the dog at the clinic and we met later in the evening.
According to Dr Zamzi, the dog has a wound on his back and it may have maggots.
Jacelyn calls him “Robin”.
We discussed the treatment with Dr Zamzi and with Jacelyn’s consent, Robin will be sedated so that his wound can be properly cleaned, and at the same time, Robin will also be neutered.
Robin will board for one night.
I have lent one of my cages to Jacelyn so that she can confine Robin and look after him for a week.
