Norma is a cat-feeder in USJ. Today, she brought two female cats to be spayed under our sponsorship.
Here are the cats:
Just anaestetised. Surgery about to begin.
Waiting for her turn.
Norma feeds and looks after about 30 strays near her house.
We are always pleased to help rescuers and feeders in the spay-neuter of the animals in their colony. If everyone were to just take care of the stray animals on their street (or even half a street), it would help very much in controlling the population of the stray animals in their neighbourhood. Then, hopefully, there would be fewer complaints, fewer captures, and less needless suffering.
Norma just text me to say she has collected both the cats from the clinic, and will nurse them until recovery before she returns them to the colony.
Viva la CNRM!
