Jessie is a puppy rescued by Julian Tse some months back. Apparently, her mother had given birth across of the road from Julian’s restaurant. Fearing that Jessie might get run over by vehicles, Julian brought her over to his side of the road so that he could keep an eye on her.
Jessie was brought to our panel vet to be spayed under our sponsorship last week.
