The student nurses at the Assunta Nursing College has been feeding and looking after a female cat for some time. Agnes Cheong paid a visit there, and brought the cat for spaying (with the consent of her caregivers). The spaying fee is sponsored by us while Agnes’ Metta Karuna Group will sponsor her extended boarding at the vet’s until recovery.
The cat, named “Assunta”, will be returned to the student nurses upon her recovery from the surgery.
