Two USJ1 factory dogs spayed

Peck Wan is a dog-rescuer who practises CNRM. On her own, she has been getting many stray dogs spayed and neutered.

About a month ago, Peck Wan wrote to me about the plight of some factory dogs in USJ1. The dogs are living in a stockyard and being fed by the workers (Peck Wan supplies the food), but the dogs keep multiplying, so Peck Wan enlisted our help in getting them spayed and neutered.

Today, Peck Wan managed to get the help of some workers to bring in two of the female dogs to our panel vet for spaying under our sponsorship.

The next one is waiting for her turn.

Below is a photo of some of the dogs at the factory. We will help Peck Wan with the cost of the spay-neuter for as many as we can. Next week, we will do two more female dogs, if the workers can catch them.

However, there are also quite a number of puppies and Peck Wan wants to get them adopted as soon as possible. If you are interested in adopting them, or you can help Peck Wan in geting them adopted, please contact her at 016-6028026.

One puppy was killed by the forklift this morning. Some of the residents in the surrounding area are not too happy with the presence of the dogs. Neither is the factory owner, so the puppies need to be rehomed quite urgently.
