I rescued these two puppies 2 weeks back from a farm area, when they were about a month old. There were over 20 other dogs at the place, all in pretty bad shape. Some were injured from accidents and others had fleas and mange problems.
I was told that mother of these puppies had stopped feeding them.
While there myself, I noticed the puppies chasing after 3 different female dogs for milk, only to be growled at or pushed away. And my, the sheer amount of ticks that had infested their tiny little bodies!
They have since then been rescued, checked at the vet and nursed back to health.
I have decided to put them up for adoption now as they seem more than ready for a fresh start.
