I want to share this piece of great news with all of you. I don’t know if you remember, but a few weeks ago, I posted (the post has now been removed) the story of a cat who was abandoned by his owner who had moved and a rescuer was trying very hard to find him a home. The cat was also very sad; he probably missed his owner.
Guess what? I was just informed that the rescuer has managed to talk to the owner in taking the cat back now. Willingly.
So, I’ve been requested to remove the posting now. No necessity for it anymore.
The cat is home.
Home sweet home…
Sometimes it would do well to always give people a second chance. They may have acted out of desperation or “no other option” in the first instance. Everyone deserves a second chance.
That is why it is always good to respond and react only after one has calmed down. And also never judge a person harshly until we have found out everything and given the matter time to settle.
My spiritual teacher quotes his spiritual teacher who said: When angry, don’t speak. Because whatever you say will be unwise.
