Updates:
1. Wani and I have both contacted the ADUN of Ayer Keruh, YB Khoo Poh Tiong. We are waiting for him to act. Catherina has contacted him as well. We’re waiting. But meanwhile, we have to think of other ways too.
2. I have written to YB Hannah Yeoh and YB Lim Kit Siang to help (I hear he is from Melaka). Also, waiting for them to help. No harm trying, you’ll never know when you might get lucky.
3. We’re now thinking of rallying animal-lovers to gather around the shoplot (pls refer to address) and create a human interest story, hopefully we can attract the press and get them to write a story and help locate the owner. We need help from Melaka people to do this, please. Forward this to Melaka people, please.
4. Last resort would be to wait for the person who turned on the lights to come again. But we don’t know when he would be coming.
Let’s make a difference, shall we? The kitten, Jackie, is precious to us, and we want to help Catherina. She is already doing everything she can. Don’t let her be alone in this, please.
Jackie has been fed this morning, but she was crying.
