Food donation drive for Meiji’s 125 dogs (by Mary Yap)

Mary Yap, my friend and strong supporter of AnimalCare, is going to do the next food donation drive for Meiji’s 125 dogs.

We did the first food donation drive in April.  Jessie Yee did the second in May, and it’s about time to start helping the dogs again since they need close to 900kg of food every month.

As announced many times, AnimalCare will not be doing any food donation drives anymore for now because we need to concentrate on our primary mission of funding and promoting CNRM.  But I will be more than happy to publicise any food donation drive you wish to initiate if you could take responsibility for the collection of funds and delivery of food.

As such, Mary is organising the next food donation for Meiji, and she hopes we can raise a substantial amount for Meiji’s 125 dogs.

If you are interested in donating, please channel your donations to Mary’s bank account:

For previous postings on Meiji’s farm, please do a word search “Meiji” on this blog (there are too many!).

Mary has been one of AnimalCare’s strongest supporters in many ways, from helping to promote our tshirts, helping out at booths, getting donations, raising funds (the latest was the boarding cost for Amber, the TVT dog, entirely funded by Mary and her friends) to helping with adoptions and in so many other areas.  She also does CNRM for cats and helps others in it.  The bulk of the cost for Brownie’s surgery and recovery was funded by Mary (Brownie was our first IM-pin insertion case to repair a broken femur).

Mary is a Senior Licensing Manager with the Music Authors’ Copyright Protection Bhd.  Her free time is spent pursuing a spiritual practice and helping animals in need.

Please support Mary’s initiative in organising this donation drive for Meiji’s dogs.

Thank you.
