Peggy Quah (Ng Suat Ha) looks after many alley cats in her neighbourhood. Recently, she sent two more females to be spayed at her vet. We have subsidised RM100 per cat on the spaying charges.
We also thank Peggy for her kind donation to our fund to help the next few animals who come along.
