A female cat spayed (Francis Tze Chuan Chee’s)

Francis Tze looks after the community cats on the street where I now live. He feeds them daily and also takes them to be spayed-neutered when they are of age.

Yesterday, Francis brought another female cat to be spayed under our sponsorship.
