Spay-Neuter subsidy for a male cat and a female cat (Shaila Raj’s)

We have subsidised RM180 for the spay-neuter of two cats from Shaila Raj (one male and one female).

We would also like to advise Shaila that she cannot claim more than what is offered in our subsidy rate.
