I’m writing to apply for the spaying subsidy for Joy, a female dog born last June in the factory where I worked (Jalan Kapar, Batu 7 1/2). Joy n her sibling, Mei Mei were having their 1st heat end Jan/early Feb and they were quickly caged to avoid pregnancy. After their heat, both dogs were checked and vaccinated. And last week, I have sent Joy to the vet’s to spay. Joy is now doing fine after the surgery.
