I’m in kluang, johor now. A male stray cat in my neighbourhood who sometimes feed by my malay neighbour is found losing weight but appetite maintained. I will bring him to the vet to find out his problem and what can be done. Is this qualified for the subsidy as the cat is at Johor? A photo is attached for your reference, thanks.
Apparently, the vet did not find anything wrong with the cat (named Atok by the neighbour), so Atok has been neutered now and we have fully sponsored RM50 for it.
