Batu
Pahat
我们称之为“A.C.T.S
BP” :
http://www.facebook.com/ACTS.BP
Breed)。
再次恳切Dr.chan的回复。 Lee Wei Tah
Translated by Huey:
He’s from batu pahat, has been spaying/neutering stray animals for 2 yrs. he started a team called A.C.T.S BP with another 2 ladies for this purpose, more like a movement, not a registered org (fb link as below). They have limited resources so most of the time they can only neuter or pay for medical for 2 animals per person (didn’t mention timeframe so I suppose it’s per month). Would like to apply for subsidy so they can help more animals. They also encourage owners to neuter their pets (especially mixed breed).
It took many emails and translations before we got the message through. Here’s the photograph of the female dog below, and we have subsidised RM120 for her spaying.
