Spaying subsidy for 1 female cat (Kirstine Tan Ming Yuen/David Tan’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for another female cat brought in for spaying by Kirstine Tan Ming Yuen on behalf of her father, David Tan. This is the 9th cat we have subsidised for them.
