Spaying subsidy for 1 female cat in Batu Pahat (Nyeow Miow Leng’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for this case from Batu Pahat.  Miow Leng is part of the ACTS group of friends consisting of Angie Ng and Lee Wei Tah.
