Wan Faridah made this application in March, but the kittens were too young then. Now, they have finally been spayed. We have subsidised RM200 for it, to her sister-in-law, Norashidah Abd Rashid.

Hello Dr ChanI got to know you and your organisation through Cathy Thong.
My brother has just moved to a new area and there are a lot of stray
cats around there. One cat came over and decided to deliver her
kittens at his house. They are lovely kittens, five in total. I have
helped put up for adoption 3 of the kittens and my brother has decided
to keep 2 because his children wanted them. The kittens which he kept
are both female and they are now 4-5 months old. I have advised him
to get them spayed so that they will not produce more unwanted
kittens. I have also advised him to try and catch the mother cat and
have her spayed too but currently she is quite heavily pregnant
(again!).So, the purpose of me writing is to request for subsidy to have these
2 kittens spayed. Would greatly appreciate if you could approve this
request. I will get my brother, Wan Rosli Shaharuddin, to send in the
official request form once your have approved and also after he have
had the 2 kittens spayed.I will send the photos of the kittens to be spayed later because it
cannot go through this email…maybe too large. I will send it
through gmail but I need your email address.Thank you.
