Neutering subsidy for 1 male cat (Shahrizad Mahat’s)

We have subsidised RM80 for the neutering of 1 male cat who lives as a community cat in Shahrizad Mahat’s back alley. Shahrizad is part of Khadijah Shaari’s team who will be CNRM-ing the community cats in their neighbourhood.
