Spaying subsidy for Dory, female dog from Batu Pahat (Lee Wei Tah’s)

Lee Wei Tah belongs to a group of friends in Batu Pahat who are actively rescuing and neutering street animals. We have subsidised RM120 for the spaying of this female dog, Dory.

Dear Dr.Chan,

它的名字叫Dory，它是由一位小姐同知我说，原主人不在了，室友没有善待它，意外怀孕生下小狗后就不给食物，让它自己出外找垃圾充饥。导致它十分营养不良。那位小姐看不过眼，就通知我带走它。
照片就是之前之后的样子。我最近才安排它做结扎手术，希望能获得您的批准津贴。
