Spaying subsidy for 3 female dogs at the factory area (Patricia Fam Chew Fong’s)

We have subsidised RM360 for the spaying of these 3 dogs.

Dear  Kah Yein,

Good day to you.

I’ve 3 stray female dogs require neutering and request for subsidy . They are staying at my working place (factory) at Kota Kemuning, Shah alam, i provide them daily food. Reason to bring them for neutering is to stop them for giving birth as i’ve no sufficient fund to raise them.

I’ll be sending these 3 dogs to the vet this afternoon.
