We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of these 2 cats brought in by Loh Yee Yeeng. We wish to gently remind all applicants that they have to write in to apply for the subsidy before posting the form and receipt. If the latter is done first (without any application), we cannot guarantee they will get the subsidy.
