Good Afternoon, Dr. Chan.

Selamat Hari Raya.

This is a male dog called “Kopi” from Tongkang Pecah, Batu Pahat. I wish to castrate him. I will try to find a foster for him later.

Can I apply the subsidy to castrate him ?

Thank You
