Spaying subsidy for 1 female cat (Angie Ng Chew Khui’s)

We have subsidised Rm100 for the spaying of this cat.

Dear Dr. Chan,

This is one of the female cat who was “rescued” from Segamat. Total
six of them, 2 adults & 4 kittens.

Her original owner cannot take them in anymore as her landlord chased
them out last month.

Temporarily, these cats stayed with Mr. Lee Wei Tah in Parit Raja,
Batu Pahat.

Can I apply the subsidy to spay her ?
We will try to find her new foster  soonest possible.
