Medical subsidy for two puppies with parvovirus (Lai Siew Pui’s @ Lai Xiao Pei’s)

We have subsidised RM170 for Phoebe and RM130 for BlackGirl. Both had parvovirus, were treated and have recovered now.

Good Day Dr Chan,

I would like to request that izit any sponser for the stray dog who proved that parvo virus.

Due this above case, Last Wednesday 10-October-2012, i have sent a stray dog to the nearby Vet at Bandar Mahkota, Cheras, this dog is always walk by my factory, n seen she is not energy, cirit-birit(with blood), no appetite and vomit. So, I decided to sent to Vet. lucky sent early and the doc say need to in-wad give medic and hanging water glucose。After 3 days 13-October-2012(FRIDAY), the dog been discharge. The cost already RM260.

Because of the pavor virus can be infection. the other of the dog member, it was a 3 month puppy,a stray puppy too.She is  exactly same sympton with the dog. cirit-birit(with blood),vomit,no appetite and no energy. so i sent to the vet too on 13-October-2012(FRIDAY), but due to the vet Dr say,

this puppy is more serious than her dog friend, because the puppy is young and the antibody is weak.

Until today, i go and visit the puppy, the puppy look well than yesterday, but the Dr say she still cirit birit, vomit, and refuse to eat. So still can discharge.

Before i let the 1st dog in wad at the vet. I already beg the vet Dr hope they can charge me on a charity rate. They did it. But now because of the little puppy already in-wad for  5 days. the fees already RM 400+. I have been ask my collegue to share. But they seem not so willing, and reject with many excuses.

I am from a low income family,and i am general clerk with a low income,i am very worry about the fees,  i am truly  hope that Dr Chan can help to sponser some for the fees.

If needed,  I  can attach with the puppy in-wad photo, original receipt.

Dr Chan , don’t worry, after they recovered.

I will be put them at my factory take care of them, i already get a cage from a aunty to put them in,the one i mention the 1st dog that kena pavor virus,

but already discharge now was with me at my factory,

My factory uncle giving food and medic everyday, and the Vet doctor told me after 3 weeks only they can vaccined and spayed.

But can i know if i request sponser for this time. after they recover i sent them to spayed.can i still request for sponser.

The Vet Dr say, they will give a charity rates for stray dog.

The doctor already call and say can be discharge tomolo.

The Bill is RM340, they VET say already give me nett discount.

So can i able to get subsidy for the puppy.

i will sent over the original bill and form to you.
