Mdm Julie Cheah just called a moment ago. She has been feeding a stray dog and it looks like the dog needs medical help. Mdm Cheah is a retiree and she is not able to secure the dog, so she is requesting help in this area.
If you are able to help, kindly contact her directly on 012-6658612. Please also enquire from Mdm Cheah exactly what help is needed.
Thank you.
